One thing that really stood out was that Seth worked in my home while I was away on vacation, and I felt completely comfortable. Before meeting Seth, I had hired another contractor to install luxury vinyl flooring in my kitchen, and the job was done incorrectly. "Our main project was the staircase railing/steps remodel, and we also needed the carpet removed and the flooring replaced in the hall and living room. I'll start with the fact that we have had a few horrible experiences with contractors, so hiring someone is always a stressful process. Trusting someone to do the job, communicate well, give a reasonable estimate, show up on time and complete the job is a big ask it seems now adays... but not with Seth. He texted every time he was running even a few minutes late (which as an over communicator, I loved). He walked us through the process and updated us frequently, sometimes even texting pictures of his progress. He went above and beyond to match the staircase stain to the new flooring he was installing. (He was even more picky than me) His attention to detail was very refreshing!
