Here's what we were working with - a dated bathroom that had seen better days. Worn-out vanity with a pink sink bowl, old flooring, a beige tub surrounded by diamond-patterned tile from a different era, and paint that made the whole room feel heavy and closed-in. Nothing was outright broken, but nothing felt good either. That's the kind of bathroom people put up with for years longer than they should.

We went straight to a full gut remodel. That means everything came out - the tub, the tile surround, the vanity, the toilet, the flooring, all of it. Starting from scratch is the right move when a bathroom has reached a certain point. Patching around old fixtures just delays the inevitable, and it rarely looks right anyway.

The new shower and tub setup is clean and completely seamless - white surround with built-in shelving on both sides, a fresh tub, and new chrome hardware. No grout lines to scrub. No dated tile patterns. Just a simple, functional space that's easy to keep clean. The vanity is a warm wood-toned cabinet topped with a marble-look quartz surface and paired with a matte black faucet set - a combination that feels modern without being cold. New flooring ties it all together with a warm wood-look plank that works well with the vanity finish.

The lighting was a big part of what changed the feel of the room. The old single wall sconce got replaced with a multi-bulb vanity bar that throws real, even light across the space. Combined with fresh neutral paint on every wall, the bathroom went from dim and dated to bright and clean. It's the kind of room that's noticeably easier to get ready in every single morning.

A full bathroom remodel covers a lot of ground - plumbing, flooring, tile, fixtures, paint - and getting all of it done right requires solid coordination between trades. That's what we do. Every piece of this remodel was handled from start to finish, and the result is a bathroom that feels completely new because it is.
