Here's what we were working with - an older bathroom that had seen better days. Dated vanity, a worn tub surround, and flooring that just didn't have much life left in it. Functional, sure, but not the kind of space that feels good to use every morning. That's the situation a lot of homeowners find themselves in, and it's exactly the kind of job we love getting our hands on.
We did a full gut and rebuild on this one. New tub and shower unit, new toilet, new vanity, fresh paint - and we brought in Tully and Sons Plumbing to handle all the updated plumbing work behind the walls. That last part matters more than people realize. A bathroom remodel isn't just about what you can see. Getting the plumbing right is what makes everything else hold up long-term.
The new vanity is white shaker-style with matte black hardware throughout - faucet, mirror frame, towel bar, and shower fixtures all matching. It's a small detail that makes the whole room feel intentional instead of thrown together. The white quartz-style countertop ties in cleanly with the new tub surround, and the matte black four-light bar above the mirror gives the space a polished, modern look without going over the top.
The floor is luxury vinyl tile in a marble-look pattern, and it pulls everything together. That kind of flooring is a smart choice for a bathroom - it handles moisture well, it's easy to maintain, and it looks far more expensive than it is. Paired with the cool slate-blue walls that were already in the space, the whole room ended up with a clean, spa-like feel that's built to handle real everyday use.
