"Our main project was the staircase railing/steps remodel, and we also needed the carpet removed and the flooring replaced in the hall and living room. I'll start with the fact that we have had a few horrible experiences with contractors, so hiring someone is always a stressful process. Trusting someone to do the job, communicate well, give a reasonable estimate, show up on time and complete the job is a big ask it seems now adays... but not with Seth. He texted every time he was running even a few minutes late (which as an over communicator, I loved). He walked us through the process and updated us frequently, sometimes even texting pictures of his progress. He went above and beyond to match the staircase stain to the new flooring he was installing. (He was even more picky than me) His attention to detail was very refreshing! He cleaned the area thoroughly each day as well! I have never trusted a contractor, and been excited to work with someone in the future, before Seth. I highly recommend him!"
